PAYMENT METHODS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Deposit: For stays of 3 or more nights is required the payment of a deposit equal to the 30% of the stay, any changes or cancellations must be notified 14 days before the date of arrival; if the term will be respected, the deposit will be valid for a stay within the same season. For cancellation made from 13 to 7 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, the 50% of the reservation will be charged. For cancellation made from 6 days to the arrival date or in case of no-show, the 100% of the reservation will be charged. Compulsory tourist tax of 1,50 € per person per day to pay in loco from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. During the month of June, July and September the tourist tax will be charged for a maximum of 7 days; during August the tax will be charged for each day of holiday.
- Not Refundable: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
