Treatments
To ensure your total relaxation experience, we ask you to check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late means less time at your disposal. In this case, the treatment may be shortened depending on subsequent treatments. The times indicated in our treatment list correspond to the actual duration of the treatment in the cabin.

Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours before the booked ti me. No shows or late arrivals will be charged for the full amount on your room bill.
Minimum Age
Children and young people under the age of 16 are not allowed access to the SPA Area.
Health Conditions
We require a release of your health status and compliance to treatment and SPA.
Wet Zone
Please respect the SPA Rules using the towels in the Sauna, for the lounge beds and everywhere suggested.
